Review campaign objectives, send messages and win media spend.
As soon as a publisher requests proposals, you will have access to campaign objectives and other important information you need to respond with a thoughtful proposal.
STEP 1: Access the campaign
STEP 2: Objectives, budget, and audience
Important campaign information is shown in the Dashboard and is shown first every time you open a campaign. This information includes the campaign objectives, desired audience, client, brand, budget and important attachments.
STEP 3: Communicate with the buyer
The Inbox contains all messages sent between you and the buyer related to this campaign. It is important to check this for additional information like deadlines. If the buyer's objectives aren't clear, use the Inbox to ask.
STEP 4: Propose line items
To respond with products go to Planner and click Add Product. This allows you to browse your products organized by site and add them to the plan.
If you haven't created any products yet or can't find the product you are looking for you can respond with a custom Custom Product. Watch a 60-second video.
When creating a Custom Product be specific with the Product Name. You can select multiple ad sizes from the drop down or use custom ad sizes. If the product runs across multiple devices, please note in the product name.
STEP 5: Configure line items
After adding line items to the Planner flight dates, impressions, frequency caps, targeting, rate and spend can be configured. Saving the plan will prompt you to optionally provide a comment and submit the proposal to the buyer.
Be sure to respond to any inquiries and requirements the buyer outlined in the campaign objective or message in the inbox. And remember to include a media kit if it is your first time working with a buyer through Adslot.
