As part of any campaign, there is billing. We all know too well that this part can be time consuming especially when you have to compare so many different datasets. We understand this struggle all too well and that’s why we have a billing section to help consolidate all that information in a single place. Adslot also enables you to validate the actual spends with the buyer directly in the platform and this is done at a click of a button. But before we go into great detail, let’s just see what information is available to us first.
The Group filters are great for when you want to slice and dice your results by status or invoice status - very helpful to get a quick overview of what needs to be done. The other filters consist of a more granular view of the Group filters - allowing you to drill down even further into the data.
Again, similar to excel view panes, the left side is locked allowing you to utilize the horizontal scrolling on the right side. To the right side of the pane you’ll be able to see booked allocations by placement and this is broken down by month. The actual spend is populated after that month has ended. You will have up to 15 days to edit any booked amounts vs actuals for the month past and send these edits to the buyer for confirmation. Once this has been done invoicing can commence.
